Gerry ShermanDr. Frederick FrankensteinAn injury suffered in pickleball 12 years ago resulted in Gerry looking for something else to do as a Villager . . . he found musical theater.  Gerry had never performed on stage before his first appearance as Heinzie in The Pajama Game.  Bitten by the bug, he went on to become well known in The Villages as a musical theater character actor: Ali Hakim in Oklahoma, Bud Frump in How to Succeed in Business, Jeff Douglas in Brigadoon, Marcellus Washburn in The Music Man, Motel the Tailor in Fiddler on the Roof, Bobby in A Chorus Line, Phil Davis in White Christmas . . . and Mary Sunshine in Chicago.  Gerry says he could never have learned these roles without the help of his wonderful wife, Freya, who is always willing to help him learn his lines.  
Kathleen KaneIngaBorn in Philadelphia, PA, Kathleen is known internationally as an artist. Her impressive and captivating talent along with an incredible passion for her audience exudes through her voice with a vocal range of Contralto, to Mezzo Soprano, which allows her to sing her genres of music including pop, contemporary, jazz, and Broadway. This vivacious entertainer has stunned and delighted countless audiences of all ages including performances at Disney World, SeaWorld, Universal Studios, and many other tourist attractions. One of her favorite places to perform is The Villages. Before moving to Florida, Kathleen began her career on the stages of off Broadway, on both the East and West coasts. This music is where her heart still lies. Kathleen always embraces the journey and she knows the roads ahead are endless.  Most recently she appeared as Miss Adelaide in Guys and Dolls, Golda in Fiddler on the Roof  and Mary Magdalene in Jesus Christ Superstar.
Sam RosalskyIgorSam’s early theatrical experience began with the works of Gilbert and Sullivan in off-Broadway venues, and many rewarding experiences in community theater.  He has been seen most recently as Sancho Panza in Man of La Mancha, Thenardier in Les Miserables, Laser Wolff in Fiddler On The Roof, Smee in Peter Pan, The Governor of Texas in The Best Little Whorehouse In Texas, Andrew Carnes in Oklahoma, Dr. Einstein in Arsenic And Old Lace, Mr. Bumble in Oliver, and the Sultan in Aladdin among many others. He has been active in all phases of the theater including acting, directing, stage managing, lighting design, and helping extensively with costuming, set design / construction, sound, promotion, and publicity.
Brynn NealFrau BlucherBrynn started acting in high school and has continued through to the present day. Some of her favorite roles have been Mama Rose in Gypsy, Rev. Mother in Nunsense & Mother Abbess in Sound of Music.
Donna FrancisElizabeth BenningDonna has been singing as long as she can remember. Prior to moving to the Villages, she was the lead vocalist, singing great jazz standards with an 18-piece swing band and 8 piece jazz combo around the Raleigh-Durham area. She continues to sing jazz here in the Villages with the Shades of Blue Octet and the Jazz-4-Ever trio. In the Villages, she’s had an opportunity to expand genres by singing doo-wop and rock and roll favorites, with the “Chiclettes” quartet, and “BillBoard and the Headliners” band. And she’s no stranger to the stage, performing for 10 years with the a popular show choir in Cary, NC, as well as local community theater. She was last seen on the Savannah stage as Muzzy Van Hossemere in the Villages Musical Theater production of Thoroughly Modern Millie.
Paul YoungThe MonsterPaul has been very active singer in a variety of venues, but had not performed in theater prior to coming to The Villages and  appearing in KC Productions Les Miserables as Feuilly and VMT’s Crazy for You as Moose.  He is also involved locally with Bach with a Beat and the Pops Chorus. Paul also enjoys participating in a variety of sports here in The Villages including basketball, pickleball, softball and platform tennis.
Robert PetrucelliInspector Hans Kemp

Bob has previously performed with: Broadway Bound Players, B & B Productions, M&M Productions, Lake Miona Theater, Shaka Crew Dance Company and the Villages Theater Company.  He appeared in Jesus Christ Superstar, as Pedro in Man of La Mancha and as Big Jule in Guys and Dolls.  He is a board member of the VTC and has performed in their productions, the Shows To GO traveling Comedy show, as well as coordinating and performing in the Traveling Holiday Show, Mistletoe To Go. Bob thanks his wife, Mary, for her constant encouragement and support.

Gary ChubeckZiggy, Victor Von FrankensteinGary has been in The Villages for the past six years. He enjoys the active lifestyle and has reawakened his desire in the theater, and is most grateful to his wife Sheilah for supporting him in this captivating hobby. Gary is returning for his third show with our company and is also active performing with Villages Musical Theater, Questar Productions, Starlight Players, and Showcase of Talent, just to name a few.  Gary most recently appeared as King Herod in Jesus Christ Superstar.
Tim CaseyThe HermitTim grew up in the theater playing his first role in Teahouse of the August Moon at the tender age of 11.  “Up North” Tim performed the leads in Deathtrap, A Thurber Carnival and Dracula and appeared in a number of musicals including Guys and Dolls, Peter Pan, and You’re a Good Man Charlie Brown.  Recently in The Villages he has appeared  in  Les MiserablesCompany, as the Padre in Man of La Mancha, Nicely-Nicely Johnson in Guys and Dolls and Pontius Pilate in Jesus Christ Superstar.
Susan BartlettMasha, EnsembleSusan arrived in The Villages in 2013 and promptly joined in the fun. She plays clarinet, flute and tuba in The Villages Orchestra, Concert Band, Wind Ensemble, Flute Fanatics, Celebration Brass Band and the Leading Ladies Quintet. Until now, she could be found in the pit during musicals, but recently decided to try being onstage. After her first role as Hedy Larue in How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying, she was hooked. She looks forward to many more opportunities in musical theater.
Jill MarreseSasha, Ensemble
Jill enjoys singing and playing in many Villages musical groups. She is a member of the popular Palm Trio, local entertainment group, and she plays bassoon, piano, and flute with the Villages Orchestra, Wind Ensemble, Concert Band, and Flute Fanatics. In Villages Musical Theater productions, Jill has played Marian in Music Man, Julie in Carousel, Irene Molloy in Hello Dolly, Sarah in Guys and Dolls as well as accompanying shows. A retired teacher, Jill does extensive work with and for children in our area.
Bobbi Steele-MarottaTasha, EnsembleBobbi brings over 50 years of experience in acting in Community Theater Musical Comedies from MA, MI, NH and the last 5 years right here in the Villages.  Bobbi has starred in major leading roles such as Dolly – Hello Dolly, Adelaide – Guys and Dolls, Nellie – South Pacific, Annie –Annie get your Gun, Marian – Music Man, Tuptim – King & I.  Other Musical Comedy’s Kiss Me Kate, My Fair Lady, CamelotForum, Carousel, Music Man and Brigadoon.  Bobbi is the Co-founder of ‘Arts-In-Motion’ Community Theater Group in North Conway, NH and was instrumental in the formation of their Children’s Summer Theater Camp Program.  She is currently a member of 5 performing arts groups in the Villages.  Bobbi says she is loving every minute of the fun she is having with her “Theater Family/Friends” she has had the honor of making over the last 5 years.  The most rewarding part of all the time and experience is knowing that the performances are fund raisers for other non-profit organizations in need that will benefit from the productions.
Jim Kitzler Basha, EnsembleJim has been in over 50 productions in Ohio and this is his third in the Villages, having been in Les Mis and Man of La Mancha. Some of his favorite shows are Guys and Dolls and Titanic the Musical. Jim also plays Softball and Baseball as well as golf and is an ordained Deacon in the Catholic Church
Dave NewellBob, Student 1, EnsembleDave is a retired pharmacist from Peoria, IL. Dave has sung with his church choir back in Illinois for the past 20 years, and for the past 14 years has been a member of the Morton Civic Chorus. Morton Civic Chorus performs “Encore,” a week long choral show, on the behalf of the Central Illinois Memorial Kidney Fund. The chorus has raised over 1.5 million dollars on behalf of kidney dialysis patients throughout Central Illinois. Dave was in the cast of Jesus Christ Superstar this past spring. Dave also sings locally with the Brothers in Song, Community United Methodist Church choir and the Christian Chorus.
Violet RayEnsembleViolet began dancing at the early age of 2-1/2. Her love of dance has taken her through many different disciplines of dance. She is internationally known for her line dance choreography. After moving to The Villages, Violet found herself on the theater stage in the roll of Liat in South Pacific and Blessington’s Secretary in The Solid Gold Cadillac. Violet has also appeared in character rolls along with being a dancer in Oklahoma, Carousel and White Christmas. She is the Director and Choreographer for Aloha ‘O Ka Hula Dance Troupe and the Shaka Crew Dance Company. Violet also dances with Evolution Dance Company and the Orlando Magic Silver Stars.
Linda BitterlyEnsembleWhat a thrill to be working with this wonderful production to cap memories of musicals performed in The Villages  Eighteen years of basic training  as a child plus classes here helped pave the way.
Dale GagnéEnsembleDale has been a Villager since 2005.  He grew up in Michigan but spent most of my life in Maryland, just north of Wash DC followed by 4 1/2 yrs in the Navy where he sang in school choir and the Navy glee club.  Dale was a competitive Ballroom Dancer for 10 yrs finishing with a 1st place multiple times. In The Villages, Dale danced with Music in Motion (MIMO) from 2008-2015 and played the Frankenstein monster in MIMO’s production of Sherry in 2013.  Dale has also danced with Questar.  He appeared in productions of 42nd St., Music Man, Crazy for You and Jesus Christ Superstar.
Jo GagnéEnsembleJo taught algebra until she moved to the Villages from Pittsburgh in 2003, where she realized her dreams of dancing and singing. She began performing with Theatrical Variations In Dance and became one of the original members of the popular Music In Motion dance group. She performed with other musical companies, including Questar and Broadway Bound Players, in many shows. Jo has been in the cast of nine Villages Musical Theater Company musicals, including the role of Gladys in The Pajama Game and Tessie Taura the Stripper in Gypsy, as well as A Chorus Line and 42nd Street with KC Productions. Jo sings with the Villages Pops Chorus, and two quartets—Girls Night Out and The Hi-Lites.
Stan MartinEnsembleStan is from Indianapolis, Indiana and has been a Villager for 19 years. He had no experience and never dreamed he would be on stage in front of people.  Friends took him to a show in Marshall, NC where he saw local cloggers and thought it might be fun. Joined the Cloghoppers in The Villages which led to tap and other types of dance. Stan is a member of Dance Fusion and performed in several Musicals:  Mame, Annie Get Your Gun, Brigadoon, Chicago, and White Christmas.  Stan loves playing pickleball.
John TurnerEnsembleJohn is a retired military officer and native Floridian.  John’s on stage performing began in high school as Charlie in Annie Get Your Gun.  He continued his love of theatre and dance in various community theaters and with the  FT Knox Military Theater.  In 2013 moved to the Villages and performed in Questar’s production of Christmas Spectacular.  He has performed with KC Production’s in Les Miserables, Guys and Dolls, Man of La Mancha and with Off Broadway, Broadway Bound and as a guest dancer with Music In Motion. He is a member/dancer with Dance Fusion and Shaka Dance Crew.
Vanita TurnerEnsembleVanita has decades of theatre experience on stage and behind stage  with various community and military theatre companies. Her most challenging and favorite role was a live snake handler in “Talking With”. After retirement from the Department of Justice as a Drug Treatment Counselor, she moved to The Villages to have fun!  Since moving to The Villages she has performed with Dance Fusion, Questar, Off Broadway, KC Productions and is a member of Music In Motion. She enjoys sharing the stage with her husband John.
Janet LandryEnsembleAfter moving to The Villages in 2015, Janet rekindled her passion for live theater!  She has appeared in Till Beth Do Us Part, Guys and Dolls, Thoroughly Modern Millie, and So Nice Not to See You.  A native St. Louisan, Janet returns often and works at the hospital desk at STAGES St. Louis, one of the city’s most- loved professional theaters.  Many thanks to her family for their support, and to KC Productions for this wonderful opportunity!
 Pam Marchant EnsemblePam moved to the Villages 11 years ago via England, Bermuda and Atlanta. After 50 years she took tap dancing classes again and has not looked back. Now a member of Dance Fusion, Way off Broadway, Shaka Dance Crew and has appeared in 42nd Street and Brigadoon.  She is thrilled to be part of Young Frankenstein.
 Gay McCants EnsembleGay moved to The Villages after a career as a Medical Marketing Rep, with limited theatrical experience. Before coming to The Villages, she played Amnesia in Nunsense. Gay’s first big role here, was Olivia Newton John’s character, Sandy, in Grease. The following are just a few more productions with Gay singing, dancing, acting or performing all three:  The Betty Gantz Show; Broadway Bound Players; The Villages Musical Company; Church on the Square; Questar;  KC Productions, and, Music in Motion.
Gay portrayed many characters, such as: Dolly Parton, Theresa Brewer, Marilyn Monroe, Barbara Mandrell and many others. Gay also wrote the lyrics to several songs at age 15, owns the copyrights, and recorded two.
 Linda Succi EnsembleLinda is thrilled to be performing in her first Villages production.  She has performed in NYC Hairspray and The Laramie Project as, Ma. Gypsy as Tesse Tura, The Music Man, Almost Maine Ginette, Guys and Dolls as a Hot Box Girl and other community theater plays.  She has directed two school musicals 101 Dalmatians and Cinderella.  She has produced The Loving Dancing Show. Linda is a retired school principal.  She is a competitive ballroom dancer.  Linda studied theater at HB Studios in Manhattan.
 Diane Booth-Dugay EnsembleDiane has been in The Villages for 12 years and during that time has performed at the Savannah Center several times with Betty Ganz’s “Make Someone Happy” performing group. She has also done murder mysteries and cabarets with M&M Productions, and is a member of The Villages Theater Co. She most recently appeared in The Golden Girls Come to the Villages with “Acting Out”.
 Steve Greenberg EnsembleSteve is performing in his first theatrical event since High School and is thrilled to be a part of Young Frankenstein. He has participated in various choral groups including sacred and orchestral music, groups varying in size from 15 to 150. Steve sang with the Daylesford Singers in Bermuda in a Cole Porter review and The Bermuda Philharmonic performing works of Mendelssohn.
Armando OcampoEnsembleArmando got the urge for dancing again after moving to The Villages 17 years ago having not danced since high school. He has the honor of dancing for many groups such as the Music in Motion, Dance Fusion Company, Spanish-American and Philippine-American Cultural Groups, Questar Production, Broadway Bound Players, Magical Moments, Travelin’ Shoes, Clog Hoppers and Step Brothers clogging groups, among others.  He is also the Dance Captain and Choreographer for Fun Time Follies and dances for the Orlando Magic NBA basketball team as part of the Silver Stars.  Armando also participated in various local productions such as The Villages Musical Company’s Chicago, Mame, White Christmas, and Hello Dolly.  He also produces and directs mini-shows for local clubs in the area.  Armando graduated from the University of Maryland and retired from United Airlines, US Navy and Sumter County Sheriff’s Department. 
Angela FerrignoEnsembleAngela has been dancing since age 5. She has performed and taught dance in Connecticut. Since moving to the Villages, she has danced with Music in Motion and Evolution and has performed in Chicago, White Christmas, and Cabaret.
Lynne LlafetEnsemble Lynne began singing at a young age in a small church and fell in love with musicals in Junior and Senior High where she did Fiddler on the Roof, Music Man, 1776, Jesus Christ Superstar and West Side Story. After high school came years of adult chorus, dance classes and community theatre doing HMS Pinafore.  The onset of motherhood and working full time put theater on hold for 25 years. Then came retirement and moving to The Villages. She came to golf but found so much more and jumped right in. Lynne taught herself to play the dulcimer, the Irish whistle, along with line-dancing, clogging and tap. Then Lynne found her voice again and joined ‘Bach with a Beat’,  a women’s barbershop chorus and a quartet. From there came ‘Pops Chorus’ and a small off-shoot group of ‘Pops’ called ‘A Cappella Gold”. Since coming to The Villages she has been in  Fiddler on the Roof, Music Man and How to Succeed in Business
Dianne Zugnoni EnsembleDianne was a Dance Teacher for over 40 years. Director of her own TV Cable Kids Talent Show for over 3 years. Owner and director of the Dianne Lynn Dance Theatre for 25 years. Many of her students were State and National First Place Winners and went on to have roles on Broadway, Miss NY, Stomp Productions, TV Shows and National Commercials. Dianne has also won “Miss Choreographer of the Year”
Dale AbbottMr. Hilltop, Dracula, WerewolfDale moved to The Villages from RI two years ago.  From 1990 to 2015 he was a weekend “oldies” DJ on RI radio and a wedding DJ while his daughter was in college. The closest Dale came to doing any acting was for a 12 year period when he was a marketing rep and New England regional manager for a popcorn and beverage company.  On occasion, he dressed in a bear suit doing major telethons and television interviews.
 Ken Wantuck Welcome QuartetKen fell in love with barbershop harmony, after seeing the Buffalo Bills in Music Man on Broadway.  He joined the Barbershop Harmony Society in 1960 and has sung with eight registered quartets. He currently sings baritone for Harmonix Quartet and bass for the Heart of Florida Chorus in The Villages. Previously show roles included Ewart Dunlopin Music Man and Mr. Bumble in Oliver! for Barry College productions, Oliver Dix in Music Man for Marathon Theater Company and a trio singer in Annie Get Your Gun with the Keys Players.
 Brent Bierma Welcome QuartetBrent has been singing and playing in choirs, bands, and ensembles since high school. He performed in several Thespian productions in Kalamazoo Michigan. For the past 10 years he has sung with the barbershop chorus, and currently is in Village Voices and Brothers in Song. The Harmonix quartet has performed for many clubs and groups in The Villages, including being part of several shows at the Savannah Center.
 Lee Shawcross Welcome QuartetLee started his musical “career” in high school and college as an instrumentalist (Euphonium) and is still active with the Villages concert band, the Wind Ensemble and the Ocala concert bands. Vocal music started when joining a church choir which happened to have three barbershop quartet men looking for a fourth. Since then (1960), there have been about ten different quartets, including Harmonix with Brent, Ken and Willie. Other than a couple of stints in pit bands, this is Lee’s first musical production.
 Willie Williams Welcome QuartetWillie has been a member of the Barbershop Harmony Society for 45 years. He moved to The Villages in 2013 from Minnesota where he enjoyed singing barbershop music with the Great Plains Harmony Chorus and had the opportunity to sing on the International stage in 2012. He also sang in a quartet for many years and currently sings lead with the Harmonix Quartet and with the Heart of Florida Chorus.
